Specific applications

These products are used to make a flexible connection within (transit) tubes. They are always manufactured according customer specification.
We will give a solid advice about the material based on process and product properties. We have conical versions and non-conical versions.

Specific versions of flexibels are:

• PU-cuff for the purpose of wear resistance and pressure resistance
• Loading bellows
• Fan cuffs
• Textile compensators for weighing and dosingn
• Inlet and outlet socks (sieve installations)
• Rubber cuffs
• Quickflex: for fast and easy mounting 

In addition to the right fit and connection techniques the fiber choice is defining for the service life of the filter bag and the flexible.

Flexibels:
Fibers for textile compensators who are common used: polyester, PTFE or glass. For steam-proof cuffs these cloths often provides a silicone or PVC coating.

If there has to be a liquid or air-tight connections then use PU or rubber derivative foils.
